adopted for the Landy Perfis project is a continuous powder coating line, with immersion pretreatment and parts movement via a Power &amp; Free conveyor.\nThe line has a capacity of 150 tons\/month per shift.\n<br><br>Pre-treatment by immersion:\nReinforced PP tanks are used, ensuring maximum chemical resistance, operational safety, and equipment longevity. The booth&#8217;s structure prevents paint from accumulating in its body, making it easier to clean and avoiding contamination of the next color to enter the painting process. <\/span><\/p><p class=\"selectable-text copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6\" dir=\"ltr\"><span class=\"selectable-text copyable-text\"><strong>Wagner Paint Applicators<\/strong> &#8211; The latest generation of manual powder coating guns. High application technology with various functions that make the operator&#8217;s day-to-day life easier, as well as having an ergonomic structure and being super light compared to others on the market. It is possible to register several different recipes on its control panel, which makes it easier to administer the paint as different parts pass through the line.
