Connecting the technologies of our equipment more and more to the customer and following the trend of the digital age, we came up with the idea of integrating the data collected from the equipment into personalized and easy-to-manage dashboards.
Already installed in more than 50 customers, Smart In Line is a monitoring platform for Erzinger equipment. It was designed with the intention of bringing the company into the Industry 4.0 scenario. It brings the customer closer to their equipment, providing the data needed for quick and accurate decision-making in a simple and efficient way.
But how does it work?
The data collected by the various types of sensors implemented in the line is stored in an online system for real-time monitoring of the line.
Some examples of what we can monitor in this system:
- Gas consumption of the equipment;
- Greenhouse temperature;
- Conductivity and acidity in chemical processes;
- Vibration of motors and pumps for preventive maintenance of equipment;
- Occupation of hooks for productivity control.
The list is long.
Now our traceability system is even more effective:
Using identifiers on each bar, you can find out exactly all the data for each batch, for example:
- Entry and exit times per stage;
- Revenue applied;
- Lot and paint color;
- Loading weight;
- Occupation of the bar;
- Production and service orders;
- Responsible for painting.
With this information in the palm of your hand, it’s much easier to identify the causes of quality failures and make precise decisions to resolve them.
