Process:
- Previous – Blasting, dedusting; liquid painting and drying paint in an oven
- New – Blasting, dedusting; Spray washing with iron phosphate; Drying; Powder coating with WEG super durable technology; Polymerization.
Line changes:
- Expansion of the conveyor line;
- 2-stage iron phosphate pre-treatment system;
- Drying oven for pre-treatment;
- Powder coating booth with quick color change and double exhaust system;
- Adaptation of the existing liquid paint curing oven for polymerization;
