Pre-treatment by immersion: Reinforced PP tanks are used, ensuring maximum chemical resistance, operational safety, and equipment longevity. The automatic cart movement system above the tanks ensures the exposure times determined by the chemical product, avoiding waste and dramatically increasing savings throughout the process.

Power & Free Overhead Conveyor – The conveyors in this model allow for better distribution of parts in the painting processes, optimizing line operations and making production even more efficient. The entire layout of this conveyor was defined to optimize the space occupied by the equipment in the factory and make all processes more productive, without stoppages and being able to work in high volume in all processes.
CPPE AC PVC 15F Powder Coating Booth – The innovative PVC structure of this new booth, together with the Erzinger Powder Central, allows for quick color changes, better finished parts, greater savings and more efficient application. The booth’s structure prevents paint from accumulating in its body, making it easier to clean and avoiding contamination of the next color to enter the painting process.
Wagner Paint Applicators – The latest generation of manual powder coating guns. High application technology with various functions that make the operator’s day-to-day life easier, as well as having an ergonomic structure and being super light compared to others on the market. It is possible to register several different recipes on its control panel, which makes it easier to administer the paint as different parts pass through the line. Continuous Polymerization Oven – with the oven’s heating control, it is possible to make real-time adjustments to its temperature, as well as programming the exposure time of different parts passing through the line. In conjunction with the Power & Free conveyor, it is possible to stipulate the length of time the parts remain in the process and accumulate a greater number of them in the oven, since the conveyor optimizes the available space and organizes the parts in such a way as to improve the oven’s performance.
Painting line management system
The entire Landy Perfis painting line is monitored and controlled by a production management system. This system allows for the control of all processes, such as:
- conveyor speed,
- exposure time of the parts in each tank of the pre-treatment line,
- check input costs in real time,
- set alerts for processes,
- among other features.
