Solution: Powder Coating Line
The solution was designed and installed using the most modern technologies on the market. This painting line includes:
PVC Paint Booth;
Power & Free conveyor with loading lift;
Polymerization Oven;
Smart in Line online process control system;
Coatmaster non-contact coating thickness gauge.
Key Results Achieved
The new coating line has brought significant gains for Londripox:
Reduced delivery time: 100% increase in production, cutting delivery times in half. Previously 30 to 25 days for delivery, now between 15 and 12 days.
Streamlined color change: the PVC body and self-cleaning systems have dramatically reduced the time required for color changes.
- Process control: with Smart in Line, Londripox can now control all input consumption for its painting line.
