Marcopolo S.A. is a Brazilian transnational bus body manufacturer based in Caxias do Sul – Rio Grande do Sul.
Previous scenario:
- The parts were manufactured on stationary equipment that was adapted;
- The equipment was not specifically designed for fiber lamination, but rather for painting, which meant that efficiency was very low;
- The environment was very unhealthy.
